Subject: Request for Review of Trackpad Systems Inc. EEG-to-Binary Communication and Secure Data Pathways
Dear Sir or Madam,
Trackpad Systems Inc. respectfully submits this letter to introduce our work and request an opportunity to discuss the validation of practical, real-world knowledge derived from electroencephalography (EEG) data through our innovation and improvement pathways.
Trackpad Systems Inc. is developing a secure communications concept for Canadian applications that combines EEG data interpretation, visual binary encoding, telemetry, and governed storage practices. Our proprietary 22-bit visual binary web font stack and scribe dapp are based on rigorous systems design and applied data discipline, not on hype or speculative branding. We are exploring how brain-signal data may be represented in numerical and binary forms so that it can be compared, categorized, stored securely, and transmitted through controlled channels for lawful and beneficial use.
Our development model envisions a data pathway from the edge to the core to the cloud, with each stage maintaining integrity, access control, and auditability. In this context, EEG-derived neurosignals can be transformed into numerical and binary records, enabling secure archival, analysis, and comparison within authorized systems. Where appropriate and lawful, these records may be backed up through blockchain-based integrity controls to support traceability, tamper evidence, and long-term record confidence.
Trackpad Systems Inc. is also researching a visual communications method in which secure signals are rendered as light-based code: ones represented as lines, zeroes represented as spaces, and the resulting sequence organized as a visual binary standard. We believe this form of representation may have potential value in secure communication environments, command-and-control workflows, and Canadian data-centre contexts where clarity, auditability, and disciplined interpretation are essential.
In parallel, we are exploring the design, fabrication, assembly, testing, and installation of 22-bit fibre optic cables and a corresponding 22-bit visual binary standard for secure data-centre applications in Canada. Our intention is to provide a subscription-based solution that can be maintained, improved, and supported over time, consistent with secure operations, lifecycle accountability, and customer governance requirements.
We are aware that CSE serves as Canada’s national cryptologic agency and national authority for Communications Security, including support for Government of Canada departments and certain sponsored private-sector activities. For this reason, we would value the opportunity to present Trackpad Systems Inc. as a potential private-industry partner for evaluation, discussion, and future alignment, where our work may be relevant to Canadian security and communications objectives.
Accordingly, we respectfully request a meeting with the appropriate CSE or Cyber Centre contact to discuss:
Trackpad’s EEG-to-binary communication concept.
Secure storage and comparison of brain-signal data.
Visual binary transport and telemetry pathways.
Fibre-optic and data-centre applications of the 22-bit standard.
Potential private-sector sponsorship or review pathways, if applicable.
We would welcome guidance on the proper process for technical review, sponsorship, or any next-step mechanism CSE considers appropriate. Trackpad Systems Inc. is committed to responsible development, lawful handling of information, and alignment with Canadian security expectations.
Thank you for your time and consideration. We would be honoured to present our work in a structured and professional manner, and explain our proposed methods, including our "cube code" and the 22-bit visual binary glyph it represents, at your convenience.
NUNTIUM, COMPARAT, CUSTODIT
Yours faithfully,
Graeme T. Kilshaw
