Trackpad Systems Inc. Jobs

Build the future of secure interface technology.

Trackpad Systems Inc. is hiring people who want to help design, install, support, and grow advanced hardware and software systems for secure environments, data movement, and enterprise deployment. We are building a team that values technical discipline, client trust, privacy-aware operations, and practical innovation.

Trackpad roles may include field installation, technical liaison, manufacturing support, sales enablement, software deployment, and systems monitoring. Our work spans the edge, core, and cloud, and our tools are designed to support security without compromising privacy.

Why join Trackpad

Trackpad offers the chance to work on distinctive technology with real-world deployment potential in British Columbia, including the Vancouver Island region, where economic development benefits from skilled jobs, technology infrastructure, and trusted local supply chains. A strong regional technology employer can help support manufacturing relationships, service capacity, and innovation-led growth in the province.

We value applicants who can communicate clearly, work safely on-site, and represent the company professionally with manufacturers, customers, and partners.

How we protect workers

Trackpad is committed to worker safety, privacy, and fair treatment. In Canada, employees have privacy rights at work, and any monitoring or data collection should be transparent, proportionate, and tied to a legitimate business purpose. That means if we use installation tracking, access logs, or job-site tools, they must be disclosed and managed responsibly.

Our worker protection approach includes:

Safety training before site work begins.

PPE and site-specific hazard review.

Clear escalation paths for incidents.

Limited, purpose-based monitoring.

Privacy-aware data handling.

Respect for lawful employee rights and dignity.

Trackpad and blockchain work

Where Trackpad systems use blockchain-related proof or logging, the purpose is accountability, traceability, and operational integrity rather than replacing lawful employment standards. Any “proof of stake” or “proof of work” model must be clearly governed, documented, and used in ways that support business records, security, or incentive structures under applicable law.

Sales and outreach

Trackpad is hiring sales-oriented team members who can identify customer needs, explain technical value, and build trusted relationships. We are looking for professionals who understand the difference between real business development and hype, and who can represent the company clearly and respectfully.

For compliance and fairness, recruitment should be open, lawful, and non-discriminatory. Roles should not be restricted by religion or age stereotypes. If the company wants outreach through community networks, it should do so in an inclusive way that welcomes all qualified applicants.

On-site security and monitoring

Trackpad’s on-site work must be safe, privacy-aware, and operationally disciplined. Canadian privacy guidance recognizes that workers have privacy rights, even when employers have legitimate security or operational needs. Any monitoring tools used to track installations or automate job records should be disclosed, limited to business purposes, and protected from misuse.

Pre-site risk assessment.

Site access control and credential verification.
